
Program Director-
The Program Director is responsible for creative strategic planning, effective staff management and promoting professional teamwork. Plans and directs all aspects of 5- 7 school sites. Develops and maintains a strong, positive relationship with the school district administrators.
Accountable for all after school operations.
Maintains program and fiscal operations in accordance with agency regulations and agency policies.
A Bachelors degree is preferred and/or at least three years of experience working with after school programs.

Site Coordinator-
The Site Coordinator is responsible for 5-8 teachers on the school site. Responsible for the implementation of planning, organizing, and promoting the after school program. Will evaluate, analyze, and must become thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the after school program. Develops specific program guidelines which include process and outcome objectives and related achievement criteria for program achievement.
AA degree or 48 college credit hours are required.

After School Teacher-
Teachers are responsible for 20 students in a classroom atmosphere. A teacher ensures the academic and social development of a group of students participating in the program. Our teachers provide engaging lessons, homework help, and exciting enrichment activities. They maintain program and curricular continuity throughout the academic school year.
AA degree or 48 college credit hours are required.

Substitute After School Teacher-
Effectively implements the lesson plans as provided by the teacher/enrichment facilitator.

SES Tutor (Supplemental Educational Services)-
SES Tutors provide academic support to clients who wish to receive one on one help in a private setting. Two years of classroom, teaching/tutoring experience required. Must be able to tutor K-12 grade levels. Will need to attend a three hour paid orientation. All materials are supplied for our tutors. Enjoy a flexible schedule. Bi-lingual skills are preferred. 60 units of college credit hours are required.

Private Tutor-
A private tutor provides academic support to clients who wish to receive one on one help in a private setting. The private tutor assists students to master grade level skills in reading, writing, high math, science, history, and other academic subjects. Must be able to tutor K-12 grade levels. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
